Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
  • Proof of purchase: Please provide your order number and a valid receipt to process the return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges for other reasons (such as a change of mind) are not allowed.
